Your Mother's Tea

YUM! This is not the typical phrase I would associate with tea - actually I usually gag at the thought of drinking it. So, no I am not a tea person.

But desperate times call from desperate measures. I’ve had some serious digestive challenges that have me desperately trying new things.

Insert this magical concoction that I have now officially named ‘Your Mother’s Tea’. And like, it actually tastes good… so I felt compelled to share with you.

How to Make Your Mother’s Tea: Squeeze 1 lemon wedge into a mug. Add 2 tbsps Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV), 1 dropper of Chaga, 1 dropper of Tumeric. Add in Hot Water. Steep 1 tea bag of green tea (I used the Tazo Ginger Green because it’s available everywhere!). Drink warm!
